Houghton Revisited – Now continuing to 24th November

The show runs from 17th May to 24th November, and tickets, which must be bought in advance, are selling like hot cakes (Old Masters?) on the website Houghton Revisited.

Sir Robert Walpole, who originally purchased the paintings to furnish 10 Downing Street during his 21 years as Prime Minister under George I and George II , was MP for King’s Lynn for 40 years, and the town’s history is inextricably entwined with his.
