Birdwatcher’s Breakfasts
From late summer onwards, wading birds come to Snettisham Beach for the winter. On the biggest tides, tens of thousands take flight as the incoming tide pushes them from the mudflats.
Meanwhile geese fly over us in their thousands in V formations morning and evening.
We welcome non-residents for breakfast (whether birdwatchers or not!) . Booking is not essential, though advisable for groups.
What’s on at The R&C
Roaring fires, local ales, gins & rums, quiz nights, curry nights, games nights.

Afternoon tea at The R&C every Thursday afternoon 3.30 to 5.30pm.
£17.50 per person.
Booking essential.
“J’ai le plaisir de vous préparer un thé à l’anglaise avec une touche Française!”
Fabien, R&C French patisserie Chef
Which roughly translates as “I am delighted to be serving English afternoon tea with a French twist”.
We look forward to seeing you!
