Walk the Norfolk Coast in three days

Are the Aussies coming?   One did, and wrote a great article for the Sydney Herald about his 67km walk along the coast path.   Daniel Scott starts with a warm up night at The Rose & Crown ( where else?), taking the Coast Hopper to Holme next the Sea the next morning and  walks via Roman fort Branodunum in Brancaster  to Wells next the Sea.   He gets stuck in the mud at Burnham Overy, and plays at being Gwyneth Paltrow at the end of Shakespeare in Love on Holkham Beach.   Next day he walks from Wells to Cley next the Sea via the lovely Stiffkey Marshes, and third day from Cley to Cromer and visits the pier.    All with a bit of help from our trusty Coast Hopper which, if you haven’t already met it, is a marvellous bus service doing just what the name suggests, and enabling you to walk along the coast as far as you want and then come back by bus. And it takes dogs.
