As far as possible all our ingredients are sourced locally.
Beef is from Howells of Wells, from cattle grazed on
the salt marshes at Holkham, as is lamb and pork.
All poultry is free range.  Fish is delivered to us
daily from King's Lynn and Lowestoft.
Mussels, crabs and lobsters in season come from
Brancaster, oysters from Thornham.
Strawberries and asparagus are grown around us.
Game in season is supplied by the gentleman in
wellies in the back bar!
